9oxo Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using the Platform

In these Terms, "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the 9oxo platform; "Funds" means the balance held in a Player's Account; "Game" means any casino game, slot, live dealer session, fishing game, lottery draw or sports betting market offered on the platform; "Promotion" means any bonus, free spin offer, cashback deal or special event made available to Players; "Wallet" means the payment and balance management interface within a Player's Account; "Taka" or "৳" means the lawful currency of Bangladesh (BDT).

To register and maintain an active account on 9oxo you must: (a) be at least 21 years of age; (b) be a natural person (not a corporation, trust or other legal entity); (c) provide accurate and complete registration information including your full name, date of birth and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number; (d) not be self-excluded or otherwise prohibited from using online gambling services; (e) not be an employee, contractor, agent or family member of an employee of 9oxo or any of its affiliates. Each player may hold only one account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any funds therein may be forfeited. 9oxo reserves the right to verify identity documents at any stage and to suspend or permanently close accounts that fail verification.

All financial transactions on 9oxo are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits and withdrawals:

Bonuses and promotional credits are subject to the specific terms published with each promotion, including applicable wagering requirements (rollover). Unless otherwise stated, a standard wagering requirement applies to all bonus funds before any withdrawal may be made. Bonus funds may only be used for real-money gameplay and may not be transferred, sold or exchanged. 9oxo reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. • Money laundering, fraud, or any attempt to use the platform for illegal financial transactions
• Sharing account credentials, selling account access, or operating a collective gambling syndicate through a single account

All content on the 9oxo platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, visual interfaces, and compiled data — is the exclusive property of 9oxo or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from any part of the platform without prior written consent from 9oxo. Any unauthorised use of 9oxo intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 9oxo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, or loss of winnings caused by technical failure, platform outage, or third-party payment delays. 9oxo makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted or free from viruses. Your use of the platform is at your own risk. Nothing in these Terms shall limit liability for fraud or gross negligence attributable to 9oxo.

9oxo reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its sole discretion in the following circumstances:

• Breach of these Terms or any applicable law
• Provision of false or misleading registration information
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or collusion

9oxo collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the platform you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 9oxo applies 256-bit SSL encryption to all data in transit. Account credentials are stored using industry-standard cryptographic hashing. Personal data is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. 9oxo is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Players may at any time request the imposition of deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, a cooling-off period, or full self-exclusion by contacting support via the in-platform support channel or by emailing [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and remain in force for the period requested.
